Location: Commercial Building / Convention Centre
Salary: Based on experience
Working Hours: Shift basis

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily building operations to ensure facilities are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with tenants, event organisers, contractors and internal departments on operational requirements.
• Assist in coordinating events, functions, exhibitions and special activities, including venue preparation and operational arrangements.
• Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and report defects, safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Attend to operational complaints, customer enquiries and incidents, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with technical, housekeeping, security and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor event setup and dismantling activities to ensure compliance with building procedures and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports and shift handover records.
• Respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Event Management, Hospitality, Building Management or a related field.
• Experience in building operations, event coordination, convention centres, hotels or shopping malls is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to operational issues.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
