Job Description:

Granville Consulting Pte. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Business Partner to support business development and growth. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and promote the company's manpower supply services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients and business partners.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships.

• Promote the company's manpower supply services.

• Understand clients' workforce requirements.

• Prepare business proposals and quotations.

• Follow up with potential clients and negotiate business opportunities.

• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be Singapore Citizens.

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in business development, sales or client management is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
