Description
This role will support and contribute to the organization's digital transformation initiatives through automation, process optimization, and data-driven solutions across Asia Pacific. Working closely with the Global Automation team, the incumbent will participate in the full automation lifecycle from opportunity identification to solution deployment and operational support.
The role is intended to develop future automation leaders by providing hands-on exposure to business processes, stakeholder engagement, automation technologies, and regional transformation projects.

What You'll Do...
· Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using approved enterprise automation platforms.
· Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing automation solutions across the organization.
· Participate in automation code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
·Troubleshoot automation failures and perform root cause analysis.
·Work with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
·Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
·Assist in preparing business cases and automation proposals.
·Participate in solution discussions and process improvement workshops.
·Monitor production automation processes and ensure service reliability.
·Maintain automation documentation, process maps, technical specifications, and support materials.
·Track automation performance, utilization, and business benefits.
·Support governance and compliance requirements related to automation initiatives.
·Provide automation support to users across Asia Pacific.
·Assist with user training and knowledge-sharing activities.
· Support rollout and adoption of automation solutions across regional offices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and IT.
·Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.
· Support AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
·Recommend process improvements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
·Assume ownership of automation initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across Asia Pacific.
What You'll Need...
· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in automation, process improvement, business analysis, or data analytics.
·Fresh graduates with strong project experience may be considered.
