Job Summary

Responsibilities
Facilitate workload discussions to balance tasks and support staff wellbeing
Promote staff development through coaching and mentoring to enhance skills and career growth
Provide supervision that ensures accountability for both managers and workers, focusing on improved outcomes for service users and carers
Issue clear and actionable orders and instructions to ensure effective execution of work tasks
Inspire and motivate workers to improve their work performance and engagement
Guide and advise workers to resolve challenges and improve job effectiveness
