We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our team in our HQ located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As the HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the overall employee experience, fostering a positive work environment, and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead the recruitment process.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Utilize HR systems to manage employee data.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, promoting a harmonious working environment.

Policy Implementation:

• Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and organizational values.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
