• Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out, joinery or construction project coordination.

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay.

• Diploma or Degree in interior design, architecture, building or construction.

• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp,3D rendering software, etc and able to interpret plans & drawings accurately.

• Practical understanding of cabinetry, finishes and interfaces between interior work and building services.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Conduct and document accurate site measurements, photographs and existing conditions.

• Review plans, elevations, sections and joinery drawings against site conditions. Identify dimensional discrepancies, missing details and service conflicts, and coordinate resolution.

• Attend client and site meetings and follow up on project requirements promptly.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

• Monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues during construction.

• Ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, budget and timeline.
