Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily linen operations including linen distribution, collection, sorting, and storage.
• Ensure adequate par stock of linens, uniforms, towels, and guest supplies at all times.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Laundry departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and prepare linen stock reports.
• Monitor linen quality and report damaged or missing items.
• Ensure proper handling, cleanliness and organization of linen rooms and storage areas.
• Train and guide linen attendants on proper procedures and hotel standards.
• Maintain records of linen movement, losses, and replacement requests.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Assist in cost control and minimize linen losses or wastage.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping and linen operations.
• Supervisory experience in hotel industry will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and reporting.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
