Salary: $2,400 – $2,800
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting and administrative duties using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Match and verify vendor invoices.
Prepare payment vouchers for vendors and vending customers.
Handle petty cash reimbursement, receipt entries and cash counting.
Perform weekly cash deposits at the bank.
Handle inter-company billing and transactions.
Check and verify vending commissions.
Prepare and issue Credit Notes (CN) to vending customers.
Prepare monthly journal entries.
Answer phone calls and assist with customer enquiries.
Prepare reports and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec and above in accounting or a relevant discipline
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
