Key Responsibilities & duties
- Receive, verify and store incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Pick & issue materials to Production according to requirements.
- Pick, pack, stage and load goods for customer deliveries and stock transfers.
- Support cycle counts and month-end stock take.
- Maintain warehouse and cold-room housekeeping, organisation.
- Support loading/unloading container, unloading materials and beans transfer.
- Update inventory transaction into system
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods safely.
- Able to follow work instructions and maintain accurate stock records.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and a responsible attitude towards assigned duties.
- Able to work independently and cooperate with warehouse and production teams.
- Willingly work in chilled or cold-storage areas when required.
- Basic literacy and numeracy for checking item descriptions, quantities and stock documents.
- Warehouse experience in food manufacturing or cold-chain operations preferred.
- Valid forklift licence preferred.
- Able to work the required Monday – Saturday schedule.
