Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant HR Manager (Total Rewards - C-B) – North Region, Gaji tinggi SGD 5,000 di HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Support Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and HR projects.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and statutory compliance.
• Handle annual salary reviews, promotions, market adjustments and bonus exercises.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis and job evaluation.
• Review and maintain salary structures, benefits policies, allowances and HR SOPs.
• Manage employee benefits, including medical, insurance, welfare and vendor coordination.
• Support employee well-being, recognition and staff welfare programmes.
• Support HRIS, payroll system and HR digitalisation projects, including system implementation and testing.
• Prepare HR and compensation reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Guide and coach HR team members and support various HR projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Total Rewards, C&B, payroll and/or performance management.
• Experience supervising or coaching HR team members.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM, CPF and IRAS requirements.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, benefits, salary review, bonuses, benchmarking and HR reporting.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with HRIS/payroll system experience.
• Experience in HR system implementation or digitalisation is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised, independent and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a unionised, construction, engineering or multi-entity environment is an advantage.
