• Hiring Pub Manager
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pub, bar, nightclub, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, stock control, and cash handling.
• Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations, workplace safety, and hygiene standards.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of sales, promotions, and event planning to drive business growth.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor licensing regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and daily reconciliation.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and marketing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the premises.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.

Salary: SGD $3,500 - $6,900 per month (depending on experience) + incentives.

Working Hours: Shift-based, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
