The role offers the opportunity to apply senior Business Analysis expertise across payroll harmonization, automation, process improvement and enterprise technology implementation.

It is suited to someone who enjoys working independently, bringing structure to complex requirements and creating clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct current-state analysis of payroll processes across multiple Asian markets (SG,ID,MY,TH) and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops with local market teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Develop detailed functional specifications and process maps to support system design and configuration
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the payroll system’s functionality, including unit, integration, parallel and user acceptance testing.
• Support payroll data migration planning, mapping, and coordinate user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the implementation process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, test plans, and training materials
• Assist in change management activities, including communications, training support, and stakeholder transition planning

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience supporting payroll projects, payroll transformation, payroll harmonisation, or related HR systems implementations.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes across at least two of the following markets: Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Experience partnering with payroll SMEs, business stakeholders, and technology vendors.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and process documentation.
• Experience developing test cases or working closely with testing/QA teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain clear visibility of deliverables and progress.
