Kerja Sepenuh Masa Beauty Consultant (Spa & Aesthetic), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 + commission di DR. ANA WELLNESS & SPA Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM qualification or relevant certificate in Beauty, Wellness or Aesthetic.

• Experience in sales, beauty consulting, spa, wellness, skincare or aesthetic clinics is preferred.

• Experience as a Beauty Consultant or Branch Manager in the spa, wellness or aesthetic clinic industry is an added advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Confident in dealing with customers and able to perform sales, upselling & cross-selling.

• Well-groomed, attractive and professional appearance.

• Positive, proactive and target-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets & KPIs.

• Conduct skin analysis to identify customers’ skin conditions and concerns.

• Provide beauty consultations and recommend suitable facial treatments, skincare treatments and products based on customers’ needs.

• Perform facial treatments and skincare treatments according to the company’s SOPs.

• Explain the treatment process, benefits and aftercare to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally while building good customer relationships.

• Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and continued treatment.

• Perform upselling and cross-selling of treatments, packages and products to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs, while working closely with Beauticians and Doctors to ensure smooth treatment flow.

• Ensure treatment areas, equipment and workspaces are clean, organised and maintained according to company SOPs and standards.
