Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, explain key features, and facilitate test drives.
• Manage customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Follow up on leads and work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Vehicle Inspection, Fleet Operations, Admin) to ensure smooth delivery and customer handover.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Motivated, target-driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage (fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome to apply).
• Open to candidates residing in or willing to work in Kota Bahru or Tanah Merah.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
