Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Assistant - SOGO Merdeka 118, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di SOGO (KL) Department Store (SEIBU TRX) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To provide good and effective customer and member services.
• To attend to customer enquiries and complaints, item exchange, return and refund.
• Member’s card application, renewal and replacement, points checking and reward redemption.
• To handle morning tea serving, opening ritual and closing greetings.
• To perform other related duties and job assignments within the department from time to time and as and when requires.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity is needed.
• Able to work on retail shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
• Must be discipline and committed.
• Tentative start date will be in October 2026.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
