Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and construction details.
• Develop shop drawings and construction drawings for interior fit-out works.
• Assist interior designers in translating design concepts into technical and working drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions when required.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all project drawings.
• Assist in material selection presentations, drawing submissions, and project documentation.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and design-related issues during construction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design drafting or fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or other visualization software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior construction details, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to interpret design concepts and produce accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, office, or hospitality interior projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and authority requirements.
• Experience in preparing joinery and custom furniture shop drawings.
• Understanding of construction methods and interior fit-out processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
