Welcome tenants, visitors, and VIP guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.

Deliver a premium customer experience by anticipating guests' needs and providing personalized assistance.

Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally using excellent telephone etiquette.

Maintain the Executive Lounge to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience at all times.

Perform daily opening and closing reports procedures to ensure the lounge is fully operational.

Monitor and replenish food, beverages, pantry supplies, and lounge amenities throughout the day.

Conduct daily inventory checks and report stock shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.

Prepare and submit daily operational, inventory, VIP visits details and incident reports accurately and on time.

Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

Support VIP visits, meetings, corporate events, and special occasions with professionalism and attention to detail.

Ensure company policies, confidentiality, and service standards are consistently upheld.
