About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our business in Johor and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive growth through new customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow existing dealer and workshop accounts

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory

· Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong customer relationships

· Promote company products, promotions, and sales programs

· Achieve monthly sales targets and collection KPIs

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

· Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries

· Ensure timely payment collection from customers

· Work closely with internal teams on stock planning and customer support

· Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records

· Participate in trade events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required

Requirements

· Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field

· At least 2 years of sales experience in Sales

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Able to travel frequently within Johor and surrounding areas

· Possess valid driving license and own transport

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
