The Services required are set out as follows:

Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas.

Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works.

Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory

Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved.

Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services.

Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback.

Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required within school premises

Security control at the school foyer during school days and events.

Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders
