Job Descriptions

1. Manage social media content planning and posting, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
2. Manage the creation of marketing materials, photos, videos, captions and promotional content.
3. Manage restaurant promotions, festive campaigns, new menu launches and events.
4. Conduct basic market and competitor research within the F&B industry.
5. Manage photography and videography of food, outlets, events and promotional activities.
6. Coordinate with restaurant outlets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
7. Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback and campaign performance.
8. Assist with updating marketing databases, reports and campaign records.
9. Lead marketing team members to ensure efficiency in brand awareness and campaigns.
