Requirements

• Degree or Diploma with experience in Retail Mall dealing with tenants.

• FRESH Degree holder are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant enquiries, complaints and escalated disputes in a timely manner.

• Act as the main point of contact between tenants and internal departments.

• Understand tenants’ business needs and provide insights to the operations team.

• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports, credit reports and tenant performance data.

• Provide recommendations for contract extensions and renewals.

• Maintain category management and present findings to Management.

• Coordinate annual calendars of events, campaigns and maintenance activities.

• Ensure customer service contracts meet agreed service levels and standards.

• Coordinate customer service projects, initiatives and staff training.
