Your Role:
- Deliver professional facial and body spa treatments
- Provide personalised consultation and recommend suitable treatments/products
- Build strong customer relationships and retention
- Manage appointments and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer experience
- Support daily operations and maintain service quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty / spa / wellness industry
- Certification preferred (CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven with passion for wellness and people
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
