Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical product detailing, or healthcare-related sales.
Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in medical sales are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical solutions, and the healthcare market.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Highly motivated and sales-oriented, with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve assigned sales objectives.
Willing to undertake frequent travel within Malaysia, including areas such as Penang, Johor Bahru, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur.
A valid driving licence and personal transportation will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Conduct regular in-person visits and product discussions with healthcare professionals, including doctors and other relevant medical personnel.
Deliver accurate and comprehensive product presentations, covering product features, clinical information, benefits, and appropriate usage.
Collect and communicate market feedback, customer insights, and product-related observations to support future product development and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare accounts, while actively identifying opportunities to grow and expand the customer network.
Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute product promotions, marketing activities, and relevant sales support materials.
Drive sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
