Conducted initial phone and online interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for available positions.

Shortlisted qualified candidates and presented suitable profiles to hiring managers or clients for further consideration.

Coordinated interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

Followed up with candidates regarding interview outcomes, job offers, required documents, and onboarding arrangements.
