Basic Salary: $2,400 + Shift Allowance + Incentives + AWS
Work Schedule: 6 days work, 2 days rest (Rotating Shift)
Shift Timing
Shift A: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Shift B: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift C: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to vehicle breakdown assistance
Process and enter job orders accurately into the system
Capture and submit job details via GPS / CAD system
Assign and monitor job status for service teams
Liaise with contractors when external services are required
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Process credit card transactions when required
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Minimum N Level or above
1–2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Fresh graduates with positive attitude are welcome to apply
