Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.

Develop and present interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.

Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings.

Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines.

Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies.

Proficient in Mandarin effectively communicate with our diverse client base, stakeholders and overseas suppliers
