Requirements

• Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in the luxury, retail, or jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and communication strategies.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging TikTok content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase store footfall, and strengthen brand awareness.

• Support digital marketing activities, including managing social media content, scheduling posts, and assisting with performance marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with retail operations teams to support in-store promotions, events, and various marketing activations.

• Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely development and delivery of marketing materials.

• Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare basic reports, and provide insights and recommendations for team review.

• Support product launches, public relations activities, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.

• Assist with CRM initiatives and customer loyalty programs to strengthen customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
