Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control.

2. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems.

4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers and purchasing departments.

5. Organise and supervise the proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of goods.

6. Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

7. Conduct regular stocktaking and investigate inventory discrepancies.

8. Prepare inventory reports, goods received notes, delivery orders, and other store documentation.

9. Monitor stock movement and implement procedures to minimise damage, loss, and wastage.

10. Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and management to improve operational efficiency.

11. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

12. Maintain proper records of damaged, returned, and obsolete goods.

13. Assist management with inventory planning and warehouse resource allocation.

14. Ensure the cleanliness, security, and proper organisation of the store.
