The Role

We are seeking an experienced L3 Apps Support professional to join our team on-site at Menara Southern Bank (MSB). This is a great opportunity for a technically skilled individual to provide advanced application support within the technology sector, working across systems, databases, and cross-functional teams to keep critical applications running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or Teams in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues reported by users
• Identify and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or senior technicians
• Document customer interactions, including issue details and resolutions, clearly and concisely
• Collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to improve product performance
• Contribute to technical support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technical support staff and participate in on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical support role, preferably within a software or technology company
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, Linux, and networking concepts
• Experience creating REST/SOAP based web services and working with front-end technologies such as Java or .NET
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MS SQL, and experience deploying application packages in Linux
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
