Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Relation Officer (HDB Projects), Gaji tinggi SGD 3,600 di KWAN YONG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To be fully responsible for the daily operation of service centre at the project site.
• To liaise with client / consultants, contractor for the monitoring and closure of any residents complaints, feedback and defects.
• To carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works within flats.
• To man the information counter and information telephone hotline.
• To arrange for defects works to be carried out within flats and ensure a high standard of public relations with the residents.
• To perform any clerical duties such as typing, photo-stating and filing assigned by the client.
• To maintain proper document records of the service centre and submit timely / weekly / monthly status report to client.
• To assist in the purchase of construction materials.
• To assist in the preparation of ISO.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum pass of at least 5 subjects, including English, at GCE “O” Level or Nitec Certificate
• Candidate must be capable of communicating effectively in English and 1 other Singapore official language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word etc
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in site administration is required for this position;
• Experience in handling HDB BTO projects is preferred;
• 5 days work week, off on Sunday and one weekday.
