Kelayakan
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent qualification.
Strong English proficiency.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Tanggungjawab
Receive and process client finance documents, record transactions accurately, and deliver financial reporting packages on time.
Manage payment initiation through online banking platforms, prepare cash flow projections, and ensure compliance with approval cycles.
Support tax filing activities and monitor statutory/regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure adherence to finance processes, document retention, reporting, and audit requirements.
Review and validate accounting entries, cash flow projections, and payment setups prepared by team members.
Assist in documenting finance processes and standard operating procedures for consistent delivery.
Participate in knowledge sharing, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancement projects.
