• Able to work full time and on weekends (Off day is on Monday)

Headmistress Penang is looking for a creative and innovative Admin Sales Support Executive for our Beauty Spa at Penang. This person will be responsible for managing, operating and handling all messages and inquiries received from Headmistress Penang's Social Media Platform

• Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Headmistress social media channels.

• Attending to all inquiries and messages that come through Headmistress Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and in person, in a timely and quality manner to meet the daily new appointments and online sales targets

• Provide sales support, customer support and services whenever needed.

• Any other administrative tasks as needed by HM Management Penang
