Previous cleaning experience in bakery, café or restaurant is preferred. You need to be responsible, careful and diligent, able to actively spot hygiene problems. Must be physically fit for long-time standing and manual work. Candidates should be available for shift work, weekends and public holidays. You shall follow store policies, cooperate well with team members and communicate smoothly with colleagues.

Keep daily store cleanliness, maintain tidy and hygienic shopping and production environment. Complete cleaning work before, during and after opening hours, including floors, tables, windows, doors and restrooms. Sanitize bakery production area and back-of-house. Sort and dispose waste properly. Clean workstations, shelves and equipment regularly. Report hygiene risks and finish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
