We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Supervisor to join our Perfume Division. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, leadership potential, and an interest in sales and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in managing daily operations and sales activities.
• Promote and introduce perfume products to customers.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable fragrances based on customer preferences.
• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product arrangement and display.
• Guide, support, and motivate team members to perform their duties effectively.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update the supervisor on team performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, confident, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interested in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Leadership skills or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
