What You Will Do:

• Run & Manage Printing Machines: Operate and oversee daily printing work using Ryobi or RMGT machines.

• Quality Control: Make sure colors match, print text and images are sharp, and final products meet customer standards.

• Daily Planning: Plan daily printing tasks to meet delivery deadlines.

• Lead the Team: Guide, train, and supervise printing workers and assistants.

• Solve Problems: Fix printing, machine, or color issues quickly when they happen.

• Maintain Safety: Follow all workshop safety and cleanup rules.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in offset printing.

• Must know how to operate Ryobi or RMGT printing machines.

• Good understanding of printing inks, colors, and paper types.

• Ability to manage and direct a small team.

• Good at solving problems and able to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
