Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our team in delivering an authentic Italian late-night dining experience with expert bar and wine management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily late-night restaurant and bar operations to ensure seamless, authentic Italian dining experiences
• Manage, train, and schedule staff to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency
• Curate and manage the wine list and bar inventory using extensive beverage knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ensure quality control in food presentation and customer service to maintain excellence
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, resolving operational issues effectively
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment
• Adapt to and perform effectively in a fast-paced, late-night work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• High School certificate or Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of overall experience in the food and beverage industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience working specifically in an Italian restaurant
• Comprehensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and in-depth bar and wine expertise

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Starting from $3450 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Leave: 7 days per year

Working Hours & Schedule

• Work Schedule: 6 days per week, including Sundays and Public Holidays
• Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM with rest in between- split
