The role
You will lead and manage complex market research projects from planning through to completion. This is a hands-on role where you will:

• Run multiple research studies at once and keep them on schedule, proactively flagging risks and roadblocks
• Manage and develop a fieldwork team and allocate resources as priorities change
• Act as the main point of contact for survey respondents and internal stakeholders, protecting respondent engagement and data quality

The profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in market research, fieldwork operations or a related industry
• Proven track record managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading teams, including part-time or contingent resources
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Strong communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
