Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
Manage table reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
Process customer payments accurately and handle billing transactions when required.
Respond to guest enquiries and provide timely assistance with professionalism.
Coordinate guest seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Basic numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Good communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Prior experience in the hotel or F&B industry is preferred.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
