F&B Group Hiring Account & Finance Executive
Details:

• Salary: RM3,500-RM5,000 (Based on Experience)
• Location: Tiara Sport World, Lot 7207, Jalan Pasir Pelangi, Pasir Pelangi, 80500 Johor Bahru, Johor.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
• EPF SOCSO EIS contributions
• Medical Leave, Annual Leave, Yearly Bonus.
• Food & Beverages allowance RM250/month to be spent at our F&B outlets
• Meal allowance RM150 will be provided.

Requirement:

• Proficient in SQL system
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar degree
• Preferably more than 2-3 years of experience in related field.

Job Description:

• Prepare full set of accounts, management report on the timely basis.
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Manage fixed asset transactions.
• Preparing and overseeing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Plan, manage and monitor the cash flow to ensure sufficient cash maintain for payments.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Ensure all management, consolidated account and statutory reporting submissions are done on a timely and accurate basis.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
• Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• Providing financial analysis and advice to senior management
• Collaborating with other departments such as Human Resource, Procurement to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Taxation & Auditing related matters
• To handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
