Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director or equivalent senior medical leader
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a hospital environment, with clear evidence of individual contribution
• Strong clinical credibility and the ability to influence medical practitioners
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Southeast Asia; established local clinical networks would be highly advantageous
