We are representing a construction firm delivering highly complex data center and critical infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific. As part of continued growth across the region, they are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design review, engineering coordination, construction delivery, and commissioning of mission-critical projects.

The candidate will play a key role in the delivery of data center projects, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. They should possess a strong understanding of medium and low voltage electrical infrastructure and data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering expertise throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Review and assess electrical designs, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions.
• Ensure designs align with project requirements, industry standards, operational needs, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, equipment vendors, and trade contractors throughout project execution.
• Review shop drawings, equipment submittals, technical documentation, and vendor proposals.
• Manage design interfaces between electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection, and commissioning teams.
• Support construction teams with technical problem-solving and engineering oversight.
• Support commissioning planning and execution activities for electrical systems.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
• Participate in technical presentations, client meetings, and design reviews.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, design, construction, or commissioning environments.
• Strong understanding of MV and LV electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
