Key skills / experience:

• Senior Microsoft 365 identity and access management experience.

• User provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning.

• Entra ID security groups, RBAC, and Conditional Access policies.

• Authentication, authorisation, access-control, and collaboration governance concepts.

• Governance and access controls for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

• Authentication/access incident investigation and troubleshooting.

• Support for audits, reviews, compliance checks, and IAM documentation.
