Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & HR Admin who is organized, trustworthy, and aligned with our mission-driven culture. This role supports the financial backbone of the company while nurturing a healthy, high-performance team environment.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and leadership team to build systems that support our next phase of growth — including export readiness, compliance, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance (60%)

• Manage daily accounting operations: AP/AR, invoicing, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and expense tracking.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for production and new product development.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, halal compliance, and export documentation.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and government agencies.
• Strengthen financial systems that support speed, accuracy, and transparency.

HR & Admin (40%)

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Support payroll preparation, leave management, and HR compliance.
• Help build a positive, interconnected, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
• Assist in training coordination, performance review documentation, and internal communication.
• Manage general office administration and support daily operational needs.
• Uphold HNL Snek’s values in every interaction.

Skills & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, HR, or admin roles (SME experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and HR processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
