Role Description The Franchise Executive is a contract, on-site role based in Kota Damansara, Selangor and responsible for supporting the growth and performance of Tea Garden’s franchise network. This role involves identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners, coordinating franchise onboarding, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines. The Franchise Executive will conduct regular site visits, monitor sales and operational performance, and provide guidance to franchisees on marketing, customer service, and food quality. The role also includes preparing reports, assisting with training programs, and working closely with internal teams to maintain consistent brand representation across all franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Franchise management and business development skills, including experience in evaluating prospects, managing franchise relationships, and supporting store operations.
• Operational and retail F&B skills, such as understanding restaurant workflows, quality and hygiene standards, and customer service best practices.
• Sales and basic marketing abilities, including promoting franchise opportunities and supporting local marketing initiatives for franchise outlets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners.
• Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve franchise operations.
• Proficiency in basic office software and documentation for contracts, proposals, and operational guidelines.
• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry or franchise businesses is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Kota Damansara, Selangor and travel to franchise locations as needed.
