Responsibilities:

• Submission and processing of application forms
• Data entry and maintenance of records
• Conduct call verifications for applications
• Manage and monitor common mailbox
• Generate daily operational reports and track pending cases
• Support HR onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain employee records and administrative documentation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders where required
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Period: 1 year contract

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $3000

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• 1-2 years of administrative/operations experience preferred related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Comfortable handling reports and administrative duties
