We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Full-Stack Developer (AI & Automation) to join our team and take charge of developing, integrating and maintaining our digital systems and AI-powered solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building practical solutions, exploring new technologies and turning business ideas into working systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software & System Development

• Design, develop and maintain internal software, websites and business applications.
• Build and improve systems to support daily business operations.
• Develop frontend and backend functionalities based on business requirements.

2. AI Development & Integration

• Integrate AI technologies and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude and other AI platforms) into business applications.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent business tools.
• Explore and implement practical AI solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.

3. Business Process Automation

• Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop automated workflows.
• Automate processes such as customer enquiries, lead management, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Connect different platforms and systems through APIs and automation tools.

4. Database & System Management

• Design, manage and maintain databases.
• Ensure system functionality, reliability, security and performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system testing and provide ongoing maintenance.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with management and different departments to understand business needs.
• Recommend suitable technologies and develop solutions based on business priorities.
• Keep up with emerging technologies, AI tools and software development trends.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiar with frontend and backend development.
• Experience in API integration and database management.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, LLM APIs and AI application development.
• Familiar with workflow automation and third-party system integration.
• Able to work independently, manage projects and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Added Advantages

• Experience developing CRM, ERP, membership management or booking systems.
• Experience with WhatsApp API, chatbot development or customer service automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, server deployment and system security.
• Experience building mobile applications.
• A portfolio of completed projects, GitHub repositories or working prototypes.
