Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach potential clients and present company solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Work closely with the marketing team and management team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
