Responsibilities

• Produce 8 - 10 finished UGC videos per month, typically 20–60 seconds each, for paid ads and organic content.
• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards that connect with our target audience.
• Independently handle filming, on-camera presentation, editing, captions, and audio.
• Showcase our products through demonstrations, everyday routines, and relatable storytelling.
• Research customer needs, competitor ads, and social media trends to identify new creative angles.
• Work with the team to review video performance, including audience retention, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Refine future content based on results and incorporate agreed feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio of engaging UGC or short-form video content.
• Confidence speaking on camera and presenting products naturally.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and video editing skills.
• An understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta advertising.
• Ability to turn product features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
• An organised, independent approach with reliable delivery.
• Willingness to test ideas, learn from results, and improve.
• Experience with wellness, food, beverage, or ecommerce brands is a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
