About the Role
The HR Intern will support Group HR in talent acquisition and employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities. The role will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for internship positions and partner closely with hiring teams to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and selection process for internship positions.
• Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, career sites, universities, and social media platforms.
• Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and manage candidate updates and communications.
• Prepare internship agreements, offer documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Support employee offboarding and exit clearance processes, including the coordination of asset returns and required approvals.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding, and employee records in HR systems and trackers.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment and HR administrative processes accurately.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
