Support daily administrative operations, procurement activities and vendor coordination.
Liaise with suppliers on quotations, purchases, service agreements and contracts.
Assist with IT system support and contract administration for internal departments.
Provide administrative support for regulatory licences, applications and audits.
Process and monitor PRs, POs, DOs and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and proper filing.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of office equipment with external service providers.
Assist in preparing and monitoring the department’s budget and expenses.
Update and maintain QMS and EHS documents and records.
Perform general administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Relevant administrative, business or related experience is an advantage.
Good organisational, communication and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn and support different administrative functions.
